Email isaac@compound.mov with what happened and which app you were using. In the Mac app you can also use Send feedback, which reaches us the same way.

Delete Your Account

• iPhone: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Mac: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Deleting removes your uploads, cloud projects and chats, and connected social accounts, and cancels any subscription. Projects on your Mac stay there until you delete them. It can't be undone. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

The iPhone App

The iPhone app is a companion to Compound on your computer. It needs a Compound Pro account. Your chats run on your computer or, where available, in the cloud, so you can keep working from your phone while you're away from your desk.
